Manu Narayan is an American actor, film producer, singer, songwriter, composer, and saxophonist. He was a Trustee of Carnegie Mellon University.

He is the son of Vatsala and Jamabunathan Badri Narayan. His parents are Indian. His father was born in Madras, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

One of Manu’s paternal grandparents was named K.T. Nathan.
