William Bradford Hall is an American actor, comedian, director and writer. He is best known as the Saturday Night Live Weekend messenger and for creating the sitcom Singles Guy and Watching Ellie. Hall is the producer, writer and director of the Golden Globe sitcom Brooklyn Bridge, for which he received a Primetime Emmy nomination. He has appeared in various films including the 1986 hit classic Troll and Nancy Allen's boyfriend in the 1990 movie Limit Up. In 2012 he directed Picture Paris, the film appeared at the Tribeca Film Festival. He has also played cameos in shows such as Parks and Recreation, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and Curb Your E Temperature.
