Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, is a member of the British Royal Family. Young son of Charles, Prince of Wales and Diana, Duchess of Wales, he is sixth in the line of successors to the British throne. Born at St Mary's Hospital in London, Harry attended Wetherby School, Ludgrove College and Eton College. He spent part of his school year drumming in Australia and Lesotho, then trained as an officer at the Royal Military Academy in Sandhurst. He was appointed a hunter for the Blues and Royals, temporarily served with his brother Prince William, and completed his training as a military leader. In 2007-2008, Harry served over ten weeks in Helmand Province, Afghanistan. Britain returned to Afghanistan for a 20-week deployment during 2012-2013 with the Air Force. In June 2015, he resigned from the military. Harry started the Invictus Games in 2014 and remains a patron of his platform.

Prince Charles's younger brother, Prince William, is the sixth in line to become monarch of the Commonwealth realms. He founded the Invictus Games in 2014 and supports a number of other charities.
